Application and Onboarding Process

Curriculum Vitae

We require a CV with a full working history from leaving education. If there are any gaps, we ask you to provide a short explanation for these.

Qualifications

We require you to upload your clinical qualification(s) for review and verification, where these cannot be verified digitally, we will ask you to produce the originals at your interview.

Social Media Check

We will ask you to provide links to your social media accounts, we will check that publicly accessible content aligns with our values. We will not ask you to ‘add’ us to your private accounts.

Situational Judgement

We require you to complete a situational judgement test to demonstrate your ability to choose the most appropriate action in different situations.

Interview

We require you to attend a face to face interview with two members of our senior leadership team.

Clinical Assessment

We require you to complete a clinical assessment appropriate to your grade.

Right to Work

We require you to prove you have a right to work in the UK, this is usually by providing us with your British or Irish passport.

References

We require you to provide details of two references, one of which must be your current/previous employer.

DBS Check

We require you to have an enhanced DBS, with both adult and child barred lists, registered on the update service. If required, we can complete a new DBS check for you.

Driving Licence Check

We require you to complete a driving licence declaration and provide us with a DVLA check code to check your driving licence.

Immunisations & Serology

We require proof of immunisations and serology depending on your clinical grade.

Mandatory Training

We require you to complete all of our required mandatory training courses. We have a Skills for Health package available and will also accept any CSTF aligned training such as eLfH.

Confidentiality Agreement

We require all staff to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Contract

We require all staff to sign a contract. You can choose between casual PAYE and freelance contracts.

Induction

We require all staff to complete an induction day prior to onboarding. On successful completion of our induction day you will be issued with your uniform and ID card.
