Event Medical Provision

We understand that each event is unique. That’s why we work closely with our clients to identify specific risks and requirements, tailoring our medical solutions accordingly. Following an initial consultation, we will develop a robust medical plan that suits your requirements, legal responsibility and budget. Referencing documents and policies supported by the Health & Safety Executive, such as The Purple Guide, we make sure you are meeting your legal responsibility and will continue to offer advice throughout your event. If your event requires coordination with the local authority’s Safety Advisory Group (SAG), we are well-equipped to attend SAG meetings to effectively explain the intricacies of the medical plan, ensuring a seamless and cohesive approach to safeguarding the well-being of all participants and attendees.

We have a steadfast commitment to safeguarding, and as such, all of our medics undergo a robust onboarding procedure, including enhanced DBS checks, qualification verification, and clinical assessments. Our staff can be easily identified by our corporate uniform and official ID card. We offer a range of clinical staff grades, from first responders to paramedics, and even doctors when required. We’ve created a useful guide which explains what the term medic means, as well as the differences between each clinical grade we offer – ‘What is a Medic?‘. We can also provide specially trained personnel to work in hazardous locations such as confined spaces or situations requiring rope access.

We ensure that our medics are equipped with all the equipment, devices and consumables necessary to operate to their full scope of practice. All of our equipment is subject to a strict maintenance and calibration schedule. This ensures that all devices function properly and minimises the risk of issues during critical moments. By prioritising the quality, performance, and reliability of our medical equipment, we empower our staff to provide the best patient care in every situation.

Our fleet incorporates a range of modern and well-maintained vehicles that play a pivotal role in ensuring swift and effective medical assistance. Our frontline ambulances are equipped with advanced medical equipment and  life support systems. These vehicles serve as mobile medical units, featuring the latest technology to handle critical medical emergencies while en route to medical facilities. Complementing our ambulances are our agile and versatile response vehicles. These can be strategically positioned to quickly reach every location of your event, ensuring prompt medical attention. Recognising the diverse settings in which events take place, we have integrated 4×4 vehicles into our fleet. These off-road capable vehicles enable our medics to access remote or rugged locations with ease, regardless of the terrain. We also have a selection of other vehicles at our disposal, including cycles, motorbikes and quad-bikes.
