Description
The Qualsafe First Response Emergency Care (FREC 3) RPL course is ideal for those who already hold a first responder qualification, such as First Person on Scene (FPOS) or First Responder on Scene (FROS). It is also perfect for those who have completed a programme of study, such as the Associate Ambulance Practitioner classroom hours or the first year of a paramedic science degree.
This informative, hands-on 2-day course fulfils the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor level D, providing the knowledge and practical skills needed to deal with a range of prehospital emergency care situations. The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care covers; administration of emergency oxygen, management of trauma patients, major illnesses and much more.
